Welcome to Glo Sun Spa Victoria! By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or any services offered by Glo Sun Spa Victoria.

1. Product Returns and Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products. If you have any concerns regarding a product, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

2. Membership Cancellations

All memberships with Glo Sun Spa Victoria require cancellation to prevent further billing. Membership cancellations or changes must be made in person and be done by the 10th of the month to ensure that no additional charges are applied to your account for the upcoming billing period. We will not accept cancellations via phone, email, or online methods.

3. Refusal of Service

Glo Sun Spa Victoria reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, failure to comply with our policies, or safety concerns. We are committed to maintaining a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment for all our clients and staff.

4. Health and Safety Policy

For your safety, we ask that you inform our staff of any health conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to receiving services. Glo Sun Spa Victoria reserves the right to deny service if we believe it may be unsafe or harmful for your health.

5. Appointments and No-Show Policy

We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so or repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or the inability to book future appointments.

6. Payment and Billing

We accept various forms of payment, including credit and debit cards. However, due to high fees charged by credit card companies, a small surcharge will be added to your total for payments made using debit or credit cards. All payments for services and products are due at the time of service. Membership fees will be billed automatically each month unless cancelled in accordance with our membership cancellation policy.

Membership Fees: All membership fees will be automatically drafted on the 16th each month, unless cancelled in accordance with our membership cancellation policy. Should your monthly EFT membership fee decline, you may be subject to a $10.00 decline/late fee.

Membership Cancellation & Payment Responsibility: Whether you use your membership or not, when you commit to a membership and sign the membership agreement, you are responsible for cancelling your membership to stop billing. If your membership is cancelled due to non-payment, you will not be able to reinstate your membership without bringing your account current and paying any outstanding balance.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your payment information on file is current to avoid cancellations and late charges. If you allow your membership to lapse without making a good faith effort to pay the outstanding balance, you may be denied the opportunity to take advantage of future discount pricing through a membership.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

At Glo Sun Spa Victoria, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Glo Sun Spa Victoria is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur as a result of using our services or products. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your health and safety while receiving treatments at our facility.

Glo Sun Spa Victoria reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Please review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Glo Sun Spa Victoria operates. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or products will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
